We got hit with a bombshell earlier this week when the House plaintiffs sent a letter to Judge Claudia Wilken. In it, they lay out what they see as a weakness, or perhaps incompleteness, in the House Settlement.

The House Settlement tries to sustainably set up the future of college sports, but according to the plaintiffs, the athletes themselves still don’t have a say in that future. They want that to change — here’s how they want it to happen.

Just when we thought the House Settlement drama might be over, we get hit with a bombshell. On Tuesday, December 10th, the Plaintiffs for the House v. NCAA lawsuit sent Judge Claudia Wilken a letter asking her to address one key problem: the need for a college player’s association.
