What is the CrowdCOLLECTIVE platform? Can you give me a brief overview of what you have built for Collectives?
CrowdCOLLECTIVE is a platform that we have created to allow NIL Collectives to have their own white-label, fully custom mobile app. The apps are the most comprehensive on the market and full of features and tools designed to attract, engage, monetize, and retain a collective’s fans, members, donors, and corporate partners. Tools to host media, content, games, rewards, ticketing for events, forums/message boards, live streaming, user-submitted content, merchandise store, and much more.
In what ways does the new Volunteer Club app on the CrowdCOLLECTIVE platform provide unique opportunities for athletes to connect with fans and increase their visibility and personal brand value?
The Vol Club has already done an awesome job making the Volunteer Club App the place to showcase their athletes directly with extremely engaging video content, behind-the-scenes access, and more. The plans for the future are to promote the athletes further with live Q&A sessions between members and athletes, challenges to follow socials, personalized content, and more activations that get members in on the action with the athletes.

How does the CrowdCOLLECTIVE app enhance engagement with fans and donors beyond traditional event seasons, and what specific features have you found to be most effective in maintaining interaction?
With their own white-label app, Collectives are able to have a platform to launch initiatives, campaigns, and fresh content year-round to close the loop on members. The message board/forum (the oldest and most basic form of digital sports fandom) and the FanStrea (user-generated content) keep the conversations flowing year-round. People are loving the wordle and daily trivia! Also, this platform gives collectives the ability to feature sports and athletes that might not get the most shine from other media outlets.

What measures have been implemented within the app to address donor fatigue and ensure sustained interest and participation from collective members and supporters?
That’s the whole goal and premise! Easing that donor fatigue and membership dropoff. The CrowdCOLLECTIVE platform gives a place for the members and donors to interact directly with the collective. It provides a level of transparency and a direct interaction with the donors’ investments and a value add on a daily basis. From rewards for actions, fun daily games, connections with other donors, and the ability to keep the members coming back for more. It gives the collectives the ability to drive new donation campaigns, activations, and more with the ability to engage the membership in a central place.
The apps also open up a whole new avenue for corporate partnerships! With fully integrated advertising features, collectives are able to drive revenue through new assets, sponsorships, and activations. They also have access to data to back up the return on investment for the corporate partners
Can you elaborate on the app’s gamification and live-streaming features? How do these elements contribute to the overall experience for users and incentivize them to support and engage with The Volunteer Club?
Gamification and our rewards platform are one of the (if not THE) main features for the apps on the platform to drive sustained engagement. Collectives can customize and choose how they want to reward their members, donors, and fans. Fans can get rewarded for actions in the app like watching and interacting with content, playing games like Wordle and trivia, money spent on merchandise and donations, challenges like uploading pictures from tailgates, and many other creative ways the collectives can come up with. Those points can then be redeemed for whatever the collective would like to incentivize their fans with!
Our CrowdLIVE live-streaming platform is a great tool to bring the fans in on the content. Whether that is an athlete Q & A session, road game watch parties, behind the scenes of running out of the tunnel “through the T”, the fans can be a part of all the action!
With the potential for the CrowdCOLLECTIVE app platform to be adopted by other collectives nationwide, what scalability strategies are in place to ensure that the app can effectively meet the needs of various collectives across different sports and regions?
We are ready to scale! CrowdCOLLECTIVE can be adopted and integrated into any collective in the country! All content and features are designed to be completely run by the collective with our easy to use admin platform. We have an amazing and experienced team that has been creating award winning products in sports tech for almost 10 years. Each app can be fully customized to meet the needs of each individual collective or athletic department and we are always innovating, adapting, and adding to our features and abilities.
