🏅College Football's "All-NIL Team" for 2024: Defense

What a year it’s been for college football.

With the 2024-25 CFP finale finally set, we wanted to celebrate the 2024 season’s best players. But here at NIL Wire, we can’t just focus on pure talent – we need to talk about value – NIL value, in fact. That’s why, while others vote on their All-American teams… we’re voting on our All-NIL Teams.

What is our All-NIL Team, you might ask? Well, it’s actually quite simple: This is the roster we’d put together that combines production with value. In other word’s we’re taking NIL price into account, and building out an entire roster of bang-for-buck players.

We’re going to spread these reveals out over three editions. The first edition, this one, will be all about defense. Next edition, we’ll do our picks for skill position players – that’s wide receivers, tight ends, and running backs. Lastly, we’ll do our picks for offensive linemen and, of course, crown our NIL Wire All-NIL quarterback of the season. Sound good? Let’s dive in.
