I absolutely love whenever we get to peak behind the curtain of the NIL industry. Of course that’s what we do here every edition, but it’s particularly fun to hear from either NIL collective officials or athletics department insiders how they’re perceiving the ever-evolving NIL landscape.

A recent On3 article does precisely that. Under the protection of anonymity, collective officials and athletic decision-makers alike answered to a few questions about how they see the NIL landscape currently playing out. Their answers aren’t statistics, per se – they’re insider opinions. Which can be just as revelatory.
